September 14 was a memorable evening for all those who attended the French Fab Apéro at the Maison des Arts et de la Culture in Épinay-sous-Sénart. This event, organized in collaboration with La French Fab, was a celebration of the industry of the future in a convivial atmosphere full of encounters.
SECOND EDITION OF AN EXHILARATING EVENT
The second edition of this event exceeded all our expectations, bringing together over 150 professionals, entrepreneurs and experts, not forgetting our loyal Cosmyx community. The evening offered a unique opportunity to bring together committed minds around a common goal: to shape the future of the industry while preserving our planet.
INDUSTRIAL ECOLOGY AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SPOTLIGHT
One of the highlights of the evening was the conference hosted by our top-quality speakers. Renowned experts shared their knowledge on the theme of industrial ecology and sustainable territorial development.

At the start of the conference, we were also pleased to welcome François Durovray, President of the Essonne Department and the Val d'Yerres Val de Seine Agglomeration Community, Damien Allouch, Mayor of Épinay-sous-Sénart and Frédéric Prost, President of MEDEF Essonne.
LOCAL FLAVOUR AND FESTIVE ATMOSPHERE
The buffet, carefully prepared by our caterer LA POÉSIE DES SENS using quality local produce, delighted the taste buds of all in attendance. Delicious dishes showcasing the gastronomic wealth of our region were on offer to all. Participants were able to savour the authentic flavours of our region while continuing their discussions and exchanges.
To maintain the festive atmosphere throughout the event, we called on the talented singer Clara Le Roux, accompanied by her musician Jocelyn Dupuis. Her beautiful voice and varied musical selection contributed to the joyful atmosphere of the evening, encouraging guests to enjoy the aperitif to the full.
