To mark the European Sustainable Development Weeks, COSMYX and Capifil are pleased to present a brand-new French 3D filament : Homecompost-3D. In line with the environmental issues and values upheld by COSMYX, this material will be presented exclusively at the 3D Print Paris trade show on October 20 and 21, 2021.
What is Homecompost-3D ?
It's a new material, the latest addition to Capifil's Capi'Green range. Homecompost-3D is first and foremost a 3D filament that is mostly biosourced and biodegradable in the home composter. Thanks to this property, once degraded, this material will provide you with immediately usable compost. The characteristics of this 3D filament are part of COSMYX's commitment, as exclusive distributor of the product, to reinforce its commitment to corporate and industrial social and environmental responsibility.
This easy-to-print filament is perfectly suited to food contact. What's more, its good stiffness and fine, silky finish make it suitable for a wide range of applications. It makes a major contribution to reducing the carbon footprint of the items you manufacture.
The partnership between COSMYX and Capifil has enabled this new material to evolve and become perfectly compatible with our French NOVA 3D printer.
