The NOVA METAL & CERAMICS has been developed in close collaboration with Nanoe, a French manufacturer specializing in innovative ceramic materials for the industry. Thanks to this partnership, we provide you with a production tool specifically designed for the use of metal and ceramic technical filaments from the Zetamix range by Nanoe.
ZETAMIX FILAMENTS
Zetamix filaments offer properties that are difficult to achieve with other materials such as composites and plastics. Their remarkable resistance to very high temperatures and abrasion, as well as their chemical inertness, electrical insulation, and dimensional stability, make them particularly well-suited for extreme environments.
THOUGHTFUL DESIGN
The Zetamix manufacturing process consists of three steps: printing, debinding, and sintering. To fully leverage the properties of ceramic and metal 3D printing, the use of a debinding station and a sintering furnace is essential.
TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS
The fused filament deposition technology, combined with features such as a Direct Drive extruder, enables precise printing of these brittle filaments. It paves the way for various applications in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, healthcare, as well as among artists and designers, highlighting the versatility of this solution.
